The Honeymoon.

Conner and I decided we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a honeymoon. Though a cruise to paradise sounded wonderful, we really needed the money. So instead we opted to just stay in Vegas. Our flight home was out of there anyways, we might as well make a small trip out of it. We were there for a day and a half. We enjoyed the pool (which had a wave pool and a lazy river. How cool is that?), M&M and Coke factory, the random stuff on the strip, the blue man group at our hotel, and a few fabulous buffets!

We stayed at the Monte Carlo. It was really nice, we were on the top floor, big room, and had a nice king sized bed. We definitely got an awesome deal on that hotel. And the best part? Upon arriving they threw in two free buffets because we were on our honeymoon. We went to the buffet at mandalay bay for dinner, had another buffet for breakfast, and then took advantage of "happy hour" at one of the pubs at a hotel. Conner got a nice big pizza, and I enjoyed a Philly cheese steak. It costed a whole $12, which is a steal. So my advice? If in vegas.. find somewhere that has happy hour and go! Your wallet will thank me later! 

It was a nice little honeymoon. I don't regret our choice to go simple. It was a great time and we are already ready to go back!!
